Alice Palace turns illustrative attentions to aprons

Design house Alice Palace, which specialises in greetings cards and mounted prints, has moved into the kitchen and dining sector. It is now selling natural-coloured cook’s aprons on which any of its illustrations can be printed.

The move into aprons started as a purely selfish one, with Alice Palace designer and owner Alice Potterton making an apron for herself. After getting a positive reaction from friends she took one of her apron designs along to Spring Fair where she got great feedback from buyers.
