[We make a nice pair (AP255) - the moon bears from the Extinction sucks range]

This is our top selling design in the Extinction sucks range, and we will be donating proceeds from these cards to the Free the Bears Fund to help keep the bears alive and protected.

We are sponsoring Bouncer for a year - who was rescued after being caught in a trap as a small cub. He had suffered terribly and his right forearm was badly mutilated. Unfortunately, his arm had to be completely amputated but Bouncer has managed to adapt remarkably well and now lives happily with a group of Sun bears at the Wildlife Friends of Thailand Rescue Centre in Phetchaburi.

By Alice on Monday August 24th 2009 at 16:25

We had an excellent weekend full of beer, choclates and cycling in Bruges - to continue in the celebrating of our one year anniversary!

image

We left Cheltenham at half three and only just made it to Folkstone in time - it was VERY close! We then drove through France and made our way to Bruges and got there about midnight for check in. We then went for an explore and found the famous tower and some yummy beer too…

lots and lots of fruit…

By Alice on Monday August 17th 2009 at 12:19

We had a very fruit-filled weekend!
Our neighbours very kindly gave us some greengages, tomatoes and raspberries - and we went wild blackberry picking as well.

The Greengage (Prunus domestica italica or the Reine Claude) is an edible drupaceous fruit, a cultivar of the plum. It was developed in France from a green-fruited wild plum (Ganerik) originally found in Asia Minor. It is identified by its small, oval shape, smooth-textured flesh, and ranging in colour from green to yellow, grown in temperate areas. They are known for their rich, confectionery flavour that causes them to be considered one of the finest dessert plums.

a poor lost teddy!

By Alice on Friday August 14th 2009 at 11:40

image

I saw this lost teddy on my way to work yesterday - he looks rather happy with his new home!

Lizzy and I have been very extremely busy - I’ve mostly been working on new designs for Top Drawer Autumn (September 13th to 15th – Stand F108).....

image

And I’ve been doing lots of freelance design work, and Lizzy’s mostly been sorting out millions of Mr & Mrs Love aprons…. they are proving to be VERY popular - -

image

A great gift for newly weds – these ‘Mr and Mrs’ aprons can be personalised with any surname. The apron’s are 86cm in length with a sliding adjusting buckle, self fabric neck and 90cm-long self fabric ties and they are the perfect present for a special couple whether it’s for Christmas, as a wedding gift, or for their anniversary. Also available as ‘Mr and Mr’ and ‘Mrs and Mrs’ - please specify this information along with the surname required.

We are going to be releasing three new designs shortly - so watch out for these….

I picked up a pack of this Gustosecco Pumpkin Risotto on Friday when we went to Hilltop Farm coffee shop along the fosse way. It was totally delicious! Gustosecco’s strap line is ’ Just add water - the Dried Food Revolution’...

Other varieties are available: Mushroom, Arrabbiata and Siciliana. And they also do couscous, pilaff, rice puddings (I got one of these too!) and a fruit compote.
I can’t wait to try them all!
And i love the design of their packaging.
