YES! My new website is now up and running and out of breath!
This week has been extremely busy! Monday was our only free evening - on Tuesday Liz and Charlie were over for dinner to enjoy an apple and blackberry crumble courtesy of the lovely apple tree in our garden - and some blackberries that me and Mark scrumped! Then I went to meet Andy to chat about my new website design and came away full of burps and with lots to do! And, YES !!! Prison Break started again on Tuesday evening and Matt kindly taped it for us (although we haven’t actually got round to watching it as yet!).
Emma’s AMAZING cake!!! (’Don’t eat the photos though!’)
New from Alice Palace at Top Drawer is ‘Fariy Fun’, a new range of eight illustrated designs all about the things that fairies LOVE - these include catching stars, flying high, magical fairy dust and dancing, singing & laughing. The designs are all blank inside, measure 178mm x 114mm and come wrapped with a white recycled envelope.
Illustration and design house Alice Palace, which specialises in greetings cards, has moved into the kitchen and dining sector. It is now selling cook’s aprons on to which any of its illustrations can be printed alongside personalised text. The new ‘Mr & Mrs’ aprons which are £19.99 have sliding adjusting buckles, self fabric necks and 90cm-long self fabric ties, and they are perfect as wedding presents.
We met at Elmley Castle on bank holiday Monday for a walk up Bredon Hill (where Mark proposed!) - and lots of people turned up - and 3 dogs too! It was nice and windy to blow away the hangovers…
We got back from our honeymoon on Saturday afternoon and Mark went out in Cheltenham with his uni mates. I had Mum, Liz, Aimee and Katie round for tea, drink and nails! Then me, katie and Liz went out for drinks…
The first two nights of our honeymoon were spent in a hotel by lake Windermere - The Beech Hill Hotel.
We had our own little beach that no one else seemed to use - and jemima LOVED it!
We could hardly sleep through nervousness and excitement!
After an early morning walk we felt a whole lot better…
We set off on Sunday 17th August… The opal fruit gang: Me, Mark, Jemima, Liz, Charlie, Sprout and Freddie (they’re the campervans) - brummmmmmmmmmmmm, brummmmmmmmmmmmm….
