Today my friend Laura visited for lunch...we went for a long walk and then had some yummy soup. It was GREAT to see her as I haven’t seen her for ages…

Hedgerows help to define the uniqueness of the British countryside and are an important wildlife habitat.
They require sympathetic management if we are to preserve them for future generations. Hedge laying is a great way of conserving the hedgerows through traditional skills. I think that it looks brilliant and wish our garden was big enough to have some hedges!
