a charm of goldfinches
I got these lovely goldfinch decals by Paul Farrell and put them on our outside door yesterday - and LOVE them!
(goldfinches live in a group called a charm - how lovely!)

I did 2 x bets on the grand national on saturday morning and managed to get 7th place only!! boo!
then we went to Rob & Laura’s wedding and it was a beautifully sunny day - lucky them! I love this hymn....
we all got a ferry boat ride from the church to the reception - which was nice and different…
and at the wedding breakfast everyone got a secret envelope which we later found out contained a grand national betting slip and we all watched it on a big screen later in the day! (I still didn’t get a winner!)
the speeches made everyone cry!
on sunday i didn’t do much at all - but i did make a nice greek salad - yum!
