I just got sent a Creative Reveiw blog email and a couple of things caught my attention:
I love these ads for the V&A’s Museum of Childhood…

And… according to Pantone, this is next year’s colour…

“In a time of economic uncertainty and political change, optimism is paramount and no other colour expresses hope and reassurance more than yellow,” Pantone says.

“The colour yellow exemplifies the warmth and nurturing quality of the sun, properties we as humans are naturally drawn to for reassurance,” explains Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute in a press release. “Mimosa also speaks to enlightenment, as it is a hue that sparks imagination and innovation.”

- - pretty similar in colour is one of my new desisgns - Champion of everything’ - maybe this’ll be my top seller for 2009!
