bubbly monopoly!
we played monopoly on the new board from ebay on saturday night whilst drinking wine till 1:30am! I won!! it was really fun. Then on sunday I had an accountancy lesson on how to use sage - that wasn’t easy with a hangover and tired eyes!! Had a nice lamb roast though which mark cooked for tea - -
- and i made peanut butter cookies for pudding…
put the oven on 190 and melt 115g butter, 115g brown sugar and 3 tbsp wholenut peanut butter in a saucepan. add 1 x mashed banana and 150g rye flour. make into balls and press onto a greased baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins. YUMMY!
Today I made soda bread for the very first time! here it is rising…(it was very nice!)
