dandelion jungle
we went for a walk in a dandelion jungle the other day!
This is jemima with her favourite toy - that sometimes trips her up a bit!
She likes to carry it all the way home…
This is the clematis over our back gate - i LOVE it!
and these are some lovely flowers that have been in the dining room all week…
We continued with more office painting this week - and mark added in a shocking pink stripe which looks fab! And I’ve been wearing lots of stripey clothes to celebrate…

We watched Kirsty’s Homemade Home on tv last night - where she sets out to inspire viewers to explore the world of crafts as she transforms a dilapidated country cottage in Devon in to the ultimate ‘homemade’ home. Last night’s episode included how to design your own wallpaper and how to make candles.
And I LOVE Horse People with Alexandra Tolstoy… this weeks episode was in Montana where she had a go at barrel racing (just like me and mark attempted when we were in texas!).
I went to ride albert this morning and he was having a small rest when i arrived - soooooooo sweet!
In the village there’s a small stream emerging from some stones called the crocodile (for obvious reasons!)...
Just about to watch episode two of ‘My Life as an Animal’ which is about Horses…where two brave individuals volunteer to experience life as an animal for four very long days - learning to sleep, eat and communicate like a horse in order to rise up through the horse hierarchy and become leader of the herd!
