This was my entry for the Most Promising Young Designer award for Henries 2009. It got into the magazine for being a creative entry - but wasn’t chosen as one of the five finalists.
These almond thins have to be the nicest biscuits ever! We got them in Bruges, and ate them whilst camping accompanied by a banana - a very rewarding combination!!
