I LOVE Brum!
I had a weekend in Birmingham (middle England) with my uni mates and it was really GOOD fun!
We stayed in a cool apartment very near the NIA and on Saturday we did a fair bit of wandering….
There was a floral trail going on - we saw this barge, a mini (pictured later), a watch and a handbag…
And we went to the Ikon art gallery…
We went to Selfridges food hall for our lunch…
and enjoyed a yummy sandwich at Pret…
There was quite a bit of free running going on…
In the evening we went to Shogun Teppan Yaki which is an AMAZING Japanese resturant and well worth going to if you are in Birmingham (Shogun Teppan Yaki The Water’s Edge, Brindley Place, Birmingam B1 2HL)
Japanese cuisine is cooked, served and presented in an artistic, unique style, which gives the customer a wide choice of traditional dishes to choose from.
Eating Japanese is not only a gastronomic experience, it is pure theatre!
