there’s been a move towards more modern sentiment, with shorter verse, or even simple words in lieu of endless prose. ” The new trend for words and sentiment in the anniversary market is ‘short and sewwt’, getting the message accross without writing an arm and a leg!” says Alice Bsoton, director of Alice Palac, which has recently launched a new Happy Couple design in it’s Nice & Wordy range that’s selling well for both weddings and anniversaries.

hi alice,

i just bought one of your cards (30 today/wonderful life) from a shop here in sheffield and thought i’d have a look on your website.

just wanted to say what a great website, you’ve really made me smile with the randomness of it all!

safe to say i’ll do my best to buy your future cards in the future.

happy new year!

cheers, jon

...AND… liz and I had the most amazing snow adventure this morning - we set off in Freddie (Lizzy’s campervan!) to drop off lots of trade show stuff at the studio and then went on our bikes to do the horses and all of a sudden there was LOADS of SNOW!!!! AND I MEAN LOADS!!! we could hardly see cycling back and then i fell off my bike, but managed to turn it into a stylish slide! We have never seen so much snow fall soooooooooooooooooo very quickly - it is exciting and we need to go and play in it!
