Meet Tilly!
Tilly was handmade by my friend Ellen and then given to me as a VERY lovely surprise!
She has pride of place in our sitting room window - so she can keep an eye on everything that’s going on…
THANK you Ellen!
We looked after a teeny tiny little dog called Truff over the weekend - she is sooooooooooooooooooooo sweet! And very much smaller than Jemima
On Sunday evening we went to Blue Ginger Gallery near Malvern for a Singapore Supper evening with Katie & Matt and El & Chris. It was really good fun and very tasty too.
Sue who runs the gallery and coffee shop has two pot bellied pigs named after artists - one’s Tracey Ermin, but I can’t remember the other ones name. Here’s one of them!
And this is a cool wooden duck that sits on one of the wooden benches in the courtyard garden there…
This is the real Tilly - Sue’s dog - and that’s where I got the idea for my new pet dog’s name.
I spent most of the rest of the weekend gardening and even had a comment from a passer by who said what a lovely garden it is! That certainly spurred me on!
This is the back garden which smells gorgeous at the moment because of the honeysuckle and the sweet peas - which I’ve been picking every day to bring the smell inside.
And this is the front garden - and you can see Tilly in the window!
I got up at 05:26 this morning to go horse riding!!
