Meg Rivers
Liz and myself have long been fans of Meg Rivers who make lovely cakes which can be posted as nice surprises to special friends - so we were very excited when we found that they now have a shop open - - and we visited on saturday for tea and cake!

These sausages are very yummy - we had them last night was horseraddish mash and onion gravy - YUM!
And un-food related = this is a massive heron that I disturbed on my walk home on Friday - it doesn’t look too big/too in focus here - but it was!!
