Progressive Greetings Live
On Tuesday we went to set up the stand at Progressive Greetings Live at the Business Design Centre in Islington.
After we had unloaded everything from the van onto the stand area, we went on an adventure on the tube and stepped into the quirky and humorous world of Quentin Blake and Roald Dahl with Snozzcumbers and Frobscottle, a celebration of the coming together of two amazing creative forces.
We then went back to finish setting up the stand which looked great when we’d finished!
We then walked to Laura’s new flat for dinner and passed these cool looking community gardens on route…
Day 1 of the show went well… there was a tea and coffee trolley and free flowing earl grey for me! And a lovely hot buffet lunch too…
.... and there was also a drinks evening - which was lots of fun…
It was nice to do a show that was just 2 days long - and it was nice to have Mark there too!
These are the card ladies that were wandering about the show - they’re on Rachel Goodchild’s stand (who was opposite me and a very good fellow exhibitor)...
The new robot designs went down particularly well…
...and back home we go!
