sun, sun, sun
We set off for croyde this weekend in the van and had a GREAT time! Mark and his pals went for a surf, and me and jemima went sea swimming - then we all had a bbq as the sun went down…LOVELY!¬
We got up V.EARLY on Sunday morning and while the boys surfed, me and jemima went for a walk along the beach and met lots of sand fleas (also known by many other names: a sand fly, beach flea, hop-a-long, no-see-um, biting midge, and punkie or punky - they’re shrimp-like creatures that can jump to a height of at least 40cm) - some were HUGE (for sand fleas) and jemima ate a few of them!
then we set off home to walk….the honey monster…. here she is!
