the long weekend of diy!
my main part in the 3 days of diy involved painting the sills black, hedge cutting like a crazy woman (with my new borrowed best friend), clearing an area for the new play shed, and food/drink making…
my new bf - a Bosch cordless hedge trimmer (love it - and need to purchase my own!)
mark managed to do a great deal more…
and he also managed to fit in making albi a brilliant new monkey swing, which now hangs in our magnolia tree (top toy!)

and we all worked on albi’s new play shed (an old chicken coop)...and will show the progress in a few weeks/months/years time!
and we got soaked in the big rain on sunday morning (thanks hurricane bertha)!
and some wonderful fairies came and painted everything white…
