There’s a new path along the river and the willow tress have been given a very square hair cut!
On the way home I saw these two signs - and thought of lizzy!
On saturday we went to collect our bikes from Vale Cycles as they’d been in for a well-needed m.o.t - then we went on a very fast and fun bike ride which jemima loved as she can run WAY faster than me even if i cycle my very fastest!
We had a great meet up of friends on saturday at el & chris’s house. Jan & john & erin, katie & matt, el & chris and me & mark were there to celebrate jan & john & erin’s return from america - yey! we had a nice walk and drinks in the pub garden ...
...and then a lovely late-lunch - where i ate too much of the fridge cake and felt sick! That evening we were out on another celebration: lizzy’s new found freedom which involved tequila and dancing! On sunday we lazed around the garden enjoying the sunshine - - - admiring all the plants!
and then we had an afternoon of painting - - the NEW palace - the new Alice Palace office!
Thanks so much to everyone for all your hard work...just imagine, it could have been 13 days solid!
