‘I have stumbled across Alice Palace and absolutely love your designs. I am getting married to my fiance Tom in December in New Zealand and would love to use one of your designs for the invitations.’ Anna, 16/07/11

Anna and Tom are both from New Zealand and they got married in a place called Waitangi - a historically important, coastal part of New Zealand - they wanted a New Zealand/historical/pioneering/nautical/discovery themed invitation, with waves, a waka (Maori canoe), koru (Maori symbol for life), southern cross constellation and a story-book/fairy tale feel. They had a wedding invitation and an insert for extra information…

‘Tom and I really love the invite design – you’ve really captured what we were looking for. The waka is absolutely amazing!’ Anna, 06/09/11

‘They came yesterday and they are brilliant – we’re thrilled to bits. Thanks so much. We love them and I think our friends and family will too.’ Anna 20/10/11

‘Thank you so much for our lovely wedding mug! It was a fantastic surprise to get it when we walked in the door from our trip to NZ and such a nice idea. The wedding was absolutely lovely – attached are a few photos of me and Tom. We also had some photos taken in a waka – just like the one you designed for our invitations. I haven’t got those from the photographer yet, but will send some through when they come in. Thanks again.’ Anna and Tom, 20/01/12
