On Friday evening we went to see Giffords Circus at Cheltenham Racecourse with Rob & Laura...it was GREAT! The show this year is called Yasmine and it’s all about Yasmine Smart who has a lifelong partnership with horses…
The show itself never fails to amaze, and as mentioned by Chris Evans on his show last week it most definitely is ‘the best ticket in town’…

After the show, we had some circus food with ‘Circus Sauce’ - a unique 42 seat travelling restaurant that is part of the circus on tour. Every evening after the show, they serve a starlit 3 course dinner (using fresh seasonal and local ingredients) to the artistes and the audience…
All the plates etc are Emma Bridgewater - and lovely bird napkins too...!
On Saturday I set off with Jemima and Ali and Truff (Ali’s tiny dog) to the Forest of dean to meet up with em and her hen do antics! We went on a lovely sunny walk before meeting up with the rest of the girlies and met some swans and their babies!!
Then we had a lovely picnic and cream tea!!
Hors de prix is a good French film with Audrey Tautou (from Amelie)...we watched it on Sunday evening…
