I ordered my Sister a Christmas present from you because she's a Teacher and I found your personalised canvas bags on the internet. I just wanted to thank you for giving me two bags instead of one, even though the first was a mistake (it wasn't a heavy duty bag like I had ordered). You could have just thrown the other one away. You could have even tried to pass the other canvas bag as the heavy duty bag and I would have been none the wiser! You did neither and gave me the other bag for free which I thought was a really lovely gesture!
