Bespoke happy memory prints

I love creating sentimental keepsake gifts - illustrating important family memories such as holidays, hobbies, funny stories, silly sayings, pets, favourite songs… All put together in a special Alice Palace collage.

We were so honoured to work on this commission, which was in memory of a fun loving Dad…

‘I’m after something for my mum and the rest of the family. My Dad died suddenly a few weeks ago completely out of the blue. He had a brain haemorrhage and up to that point he was having a blast in his retirement. I wanted to commission a print (potentially to be reproduced for all of us, there are 4 kids plus my mum) that captures all the things he loved doing with us all. He was a fun, outdoorsy dad who rescued us all on various occasions and was the love of my mum’s life - they were real soul mates. He had so many hobbies - his beloved black lab, the doing up of his classic cars, his involvement with a local steam engine, shooting and beating, fishing, sailing, working on his allotment and in the garden and tinkering in his garage. He could mend pretty much anything mechanical (computers were further out of reach) and he loved a crossword and Sudoko. He loved his kids and grandkids and especially our mum, his dog and the cat. He was fun and loving and I think your style could capture that really well.’
