Follow your talent / Follow your dreams
On radio 2 a few weeks ago, they were talking about following your talents not your dreams, highlighted by actress and producer Reese Witherspoon in February 2026. She argues that chasing talents is more effective than chasing dreams, noting that while "everyone has dreams," they do not guarantee success. Instead, she advises focusing on what you are uniquely good at.
Focusing on one's strengths rather than potentially unrealistic aspirations is a good idea - but I do think it's wise to follow your heart and your passion! And many of my illustrations say the same!
