Yesterday was beautiful sunshine and I spent most of the day working on one of my new ranges. ‘Breaking new ground’ is an action-packed range designed especially to appeal to men. There are 8 illustrations which include surfing, snowboarding, BBQing, camping and golf. Last night we had a ‘yellow’ meal! Mark’s choice again…. yellow rice and chicken korma with baby sweetcorn and yellow pepper. And we had a flake for pudding!! I had another Sage lesson today and then we ate pizza and icecream! And the shower is finished - yey!!!!
This morning Uncle Robert had a horse riding lesson! He loved it!

we played monopoly on the new board from ebay on saturday night whilst drinking wine till 1:30am! I won!! it was really fun. Then on sunday I had an accountancy lesson on how to use sage - that wasn’t easy with a hangover and tired eyes!! Had a nice lamb roast though which mark cooked for tea - -
Last night we had a green-themed dinner! Mark got all the ingredients and I cooked them.
Me and Liz set off for Dublin on Wednesday morning to see our cousin Lucy, and her husband Clive and their little girl Ella.
Today my friend Laura visited for lunch…we went for a long walk and then had some yummy soup. It was GREAT to see her as I haven’t seen her for ages…
