green theme…
Last night we had a green-themed dinner! Mark got all the ingredients and I cooked them.
We had green pesto chicken with spinach trottole pasta, and a waitrose salad, and marmonde (big green tomatoes with olive oil and salt on them).
(This is my most favourite pasta ever)
We had some green grape wine and for pudding had gooseberry and elderflower mousse.
It’s my turn to pick a colour theme for another dinner - that Mark’ll cook!
Tonight we’re having honey bangers & mash = mashed potaoes with sausgaes that have been pricked and then cooked in the oven with 4tbsp of honey and 6 tbsp of wholegrain mustard, cooked for 20 mins on 190 and served with peas.
