inktober
im joining in with the instagram challenge ‘inktober’ this month and i’m really enjoying it.
It’s a challenge that was started by jake parker in 2009…‘Every October, artists all over the world take on the InkTober drawing challenge by doing one ink drawing a day the entire month. I created InkTober in 2009 as a challenge to improve my inking skills and develop positive drawing habits.’

I’m not following the official prompt list - I’m illustrating my favourite bits of October - drawing with a dip pen and colouring with ink, paint, coloured pencils, bits of collage (anything to hand really).
[I love collecting up seeds and planting them so I get lovely surpises in my garden.]
i’m a bit behind as i’ve only done 10 so far - you can see them all on my instagram page (i do plan to catch up and complete 31 of them)
