spring fair and vampire weekend
Thanks very much to Allie who helped me out at the Spring Fair on Wednesday…
We went to see Vampire Weekend (a very popular New York indie band who embrace African popular culture) at Birmingham O2 Academy on Wednesday night - who were great - but i was so very tired after standing up all day at the show!!

we went for a LOVEly walk today (a valentines walk!) and it was even sunny.
there are high street improvements going on in Evesham at the moment and many of the trees seem to be in the way of plans…
I LOVE the BBC’s Winter Olympics animation…the contrast of the black and white really make it look amazing.
The designer is Jon Klassen (in collaboration with Marc Craste & Studio AKA) and the animation shuns the usual bright colors and cheering crowds in favour of action, danger, and a wonderfully dark motif.
