I’m off for lunch at the Daffodil in Cheltenham today with my friends Allie and Kelly - yum, yum! It’s been raining and windy - and I’ve had a cold and haven’t stopped sneezing for days - so really looking forward to it.
All of my designs can be personalised - and then given to friends and family as greetings cards, mounted prints or canvasses. Below is a section of a canvas I have been working on - it is a personalised design of AP32 ‘Whenever I think of you.’
It snowed the night before last! Spent the whole weekend completing a marathon painting session - and the carpets are now in the sitting room, and up the stairs and landing. It looks brilliant!!! Today is very cold and I’m just about to go and walk Jemima. Then it’s a few boring hours of books. At lunch time, I’m walking a dog called Themba who is a young cocker spaniel. Tonight it’s sewing club again with many stories of Italy - as my Mum has just returned.
Looking after 2 x cats called Victor and Hugo and another cat called Timmy for a couple of days and they are all glum because their owners are away. I’ve just finished working on a collage for the Square Meal Venues & Events Guide 2008…
I planted lots of wildflower seeds in the front garden and they all appeared so late I thought they would never arrive.
Today I went to Baileys (Whitecross Farm, Bridstow, Herefordshire HR9 6JU) with Ellen and we met Katie and Veena there. It is a gorgeous shop - with lovely handwriting and hand drawn illustrations everywhere and yummy things to buy..
I am going to be making fabric shopping style bags - and the above image is one of the designs. These are a great idea ... especially when people are trying to stop using plastic ones.
